Adam Jaffe

Adam Jaffe is a highly accomplished financial professional with over 30 years of experience in hedge fund accounting, operations, and regulatory compliance. He has played a pivotal role in managing financial and operational infrastructures for leading investment firms, including Sivik Global Healthcare, Traxis Partners, Artha Capital Management, Level Global Investors, and Moore Capital Management.

Before joining Unison, Adam founded 322 Investments Management, a multi-asset investment firm overseeing his personal real estate and equity portfolios. Previously, as CFO and CCO at Sivik Global Healthcare, he led the accounting, operations, compliance, and investor relations teams, playing a key role in Sivik’s strategic merger with Traxis Partners.

Adam began his hedge fund career as Trade Support Manager at Moore Capital Management before becoming Director of Operations at Agnos Group, a Moore Capital spin-off launched with over $1 billion in AUM. He holds an MBA and a BBA in Finance from George Washington University.
